How to reach us
Pick whichever channel suits you. We check email throughout business hours and answer the phone between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm ACST, Monday to Friday.
Where to find us
Our office sits on the outskirts of North Amelie, a short drive from the main highway. We run programs at our facility or at your premises, whichever works better for your team.
If you prefer to hold the program off-site, we have partnerships with conference venues in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney. We handle venue booking and catering coordination so you do not have to.
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to the things people ask most often before booking.
How far in advance should we book?
For a standard workshop, two to three weeks is usually enough. Longer engagements that involve pre-work surveys and customised content need at least four to six weeks of lead time. If you have an urgent need, call us directly and we will see what we can do.
What is the minimum group size?
We typically work with groups of six to thirty people. Smaller groups get more individual attention, which works well for senior leadership. Larger groups are better suited to communication and team-building workshops where interaction between participants is the point.
Can you deliver programs remotely?
Yes. We run virtual workshops over Zoom or Teams. Remote sessions are capped at three hours per day because attention drops sharply after that. We break the content into shorter modules with exercises between sessions so participants can practise before the next call.
How is pricing structured?
We quote per program, not per head. A half-day workshop starts from $3,200 plus GST. Multi-day and ongoing coaching engagements are priced based on scope, travel requirements and the amount of customisation involved. We always provide a written quote before you commit.
Do you provide follow-up after the program?
Every program includes a 90-day follow-up survey at no extra cost. For clients who want ongoing support, we offer monthly coaching check-ins where a facilitator meets with team leaders to review progress and troubleshoot issues that come up during implementation.
